14-day money-back guarantee – terms and conditions
We want you to be able to try our food without unnecessary risk. That's why we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee . Please note the following conditions.
1. Voluntary additional benefit
The 14-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary goodwill gesture from miba.pet GmbH. It is not a warranty and does not constitute a promise of taste or effectiveness. Statutory rights (e.g., right of withdrawal or warranty) remain unaffected.
2. For which products does the promise apply?
The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to selected 500g packages from our product range. Other package sizes or product variants are excluded.
3. Participation requirements
- The application must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- This promise applies only to the first order of the respective product.
- The promise can only be used once per customer or household .
4. No proof required
No special justification or proof of dissatisfaction is required to claim the service. Compliance with the aforementioned participation requirements is the decisive factor.
5. How the refund process works
Please contact our customer service by email within the deadline and state:
- your order number
- the product in question (500 g)
A return of partially used goods is usually not necessary .
6. Scope of reimbursement
The purchase price of the affected 500g product will be refunded. Shipping costs and any other products from the same order will not be refunded. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
7. Exclusion in case of abuse
We reserve the right to refuse the money-back guarantee in cases of obvious misuse or multiple claims.
8. Current version
The version of these terms and conditions published at the time of the order applies.
